Learning platform for primary schools: pupils solve sustainability quests, teachers manage their classes and review submissions, admins build quests in a construction kit and maintain the website via CMS.
My part: Complete development; design based on the client's templates.

Website of the Hamburg foundation initiative that grew out of the GoVote campaign: partner directory, neighborhood voices, funding programs, and participation forms - fully manageable through a custom-built editorial area.
My part: Complete development; design by the client's agency.

Platform for art in front gardens across the Dutch province of Flevoland: discover artworks, plan your own art routes (on foot, by bike, or by car), registration for artists and gardens with moderation, payments via Stripe.
My part: Further development and operations - most of today's features are mine; the original design was given.
Mittelmeier Coaching

Two websites for a coaching practice: launch of the new mittelmeier.com and replacement of the old WordPress site mittelmeiers.de with a fast static rebuild - plus a complete SEO package and a lean blog CMS on both sites.
My part: All technology: rebuild, SEO, CMS, deployment; design and copy by the client.
Superchat-Magicline Integration

Automatic data synchronization between the messaging platform Superchat and the studio management system Magicline for three fitness studios - driven by webhooks from both platforms and deliberately built without its own database, so no customer data is stored outside the two systems.
My part: Complete development and server operations.
Wegscheider-Orgel Lehnin

Website and sponsorship system for the new organ of the Lehnin monastery church: sponsors take on individual pipes out of 1,368 - or entire stops - pay through the donation platform Twingle, and receive their certificate automatically by email. The parish maintains orders, events, and every text and image on the site itself in a purpose-built admin area; concert dates are additionally imported from the regional church calendar every night.
My part: Everything except the pipe-selection app supplied by the client: backend, Twingle and email integration, certificate PDFs, admin area, the entire remaining website, plus deployment, server operations, and visitor statistics.

Demo Websites
Twelve complete websites I built for entirely fictional businesses - to show what I can build for you. Each site has a public presence plus a customer area and an administration area with real workflows.
In the demos, all protected areas are open without login so you can click through freely. In real operation there is a login in front, and each role can only see and change what belongs to its job. The demo sites are in German.
